Read a Good Book or Ebook.
Now that you have released all those endorphins, grab a good book. Reading is a healthy way to get away for a bit without leaving your home and is always a good thing to do. Reading can even lower your heart rate and ease the tension in your muscles.
I have always found it hard to pick up a book and get started, but once I do, I’m always glad I did. Allowing your body to relax and your brain to indulge can be so rewarding.
